Warehouse & Delivery Team
Virginia Furniture Market is looking for eager, hardworking individuals to be part of our top-notch warehouse and delivery team. Seeking courteous employees with strong communication skills and a good driving record required. We provide on-the-job training.
Responsibilities include:
Lift Operators must have experience with stock pickers and be comfortable working for periods of time 30' high
Delivery Drivers will lead a delivery team in delivering, assembling furniture in customer's home and taking payment at delivery
Delivery driver experience required
Delivery assistants work with Lead Drivers to ensure customer deliveries are successful
Warehouse Associates will handle receiving, assembling, moving furniture and assisting with customer pickups.

Professional Sales Consultants
Our Growing Company is seeking a results-driven retail sales associates to join our Virginia Furniture Market team at Various Locations.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
“Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available optionsProcess POS (point of sale) purchases
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, lift 50 pounds, and sit or stand for 8 hours (mattress stores)
